When connected to a host controller, this illuminance meter provides a check that lighting levels in the road tunnel entrance are in accordance with specified parameters.

- A silicon diode filtered to a similar spectral response as the average human eye mounted in a moisture-proof housing (Level IP65: no water ingress);
- Output signal: 4-20 mA;
