Model TS-150 Illuminance Photometer

This unit continuously measures cosine corrected planar illuminance (incident light) over a standard range of 0-20,000 lux (other ranges available on request) with output signal converted to 4-20mA .

Like the Model TS-101 Photometer, a silicon diode is used for the light receptor filtered to a similar spectral response as the average human eye.

This is mounted beneath the facia cover of a moisture-proof housing (BS.EN 60529 Level IP65 (no water ingress) and protected by a transparent dome of polycarbonate. A thermostatically controlled heater element is incorporated.

When connected to a host controller, this photometer is invaluable where confirmation is required that interior illumination levels are being continuously maintained in accordance with specified parameters and changes of external daylight levels recorded by the TS-101 Photometer.

Recent development - Lighting Management Units for individual dimming control of luminaires:
These, combined with the TS-101 Photometer, form part of a digital addressable tunnel lighting control and monitoring system developed by an independent associate company of Mayer International to allow switching/dimming of individual lamps throughout an entire road tunnel.
